Scientists Beat Own Previous Record Of Creating Blackest Material With So-Called 'Vantablack 2.0'

Scientists at Surrey NanoSystems have out-done themselves by creating a new, even blacker material than their original Vantablack. The so-called Vantablack 2.0 is so dark that they cannot even test the material using spectroscopy, as all the light is absorbed by the material!
